This past weekend while Lathan was home I decided to take him out to dinner for his year anniversary for working for the Rail Road. Lathan has been so happy working for them. And it really has been such a blessing. Don't get me wrong, we miss him terribly when he is gone, but nothing beats having him home for a full week!-Cooper would agree with that! His face every week when he wakes up and sees that his dad is back home is just priceless! His smile could light up the whole room. I am so grateful for all of the hard work & dedication Lathan has to provide for us. He is such a wonderful Husband & Daddy.
I would like to take him out to dinner every year and make it a fun tradition. The twist is, I want to take him to a "train" restaurant. And find a new train restaurant every year we go. This year we went to Cafe Sabor in Logan.
I have heard that there are 3 in Utah so far (Logan, Ogden, Salt Lake City). I need your help finding others. So if you know of any, let me know! Eventually it will be fun to travel outside of Utah for a quick fun little adventure/vacation.

Would the Union Grill count as the one in Ogden? I've been there countless times and actually only seen 1 train come through. Thats a fun tradition to start though.

Ok I now we've never met yet, but I hear about you guys all the time from Jason so I guess its ok to cuss ya out on here. Get to postin dang it! :) Your little boy is so cute, can't wait til ours gets here. How is the hubby doing? I heard he decided to fight a creek and it won. lol
