When I came home from the hospital, I got to come home to a yard full of blue balloons and baby boy signs that Lathan had put up announcing Tyke's arrival!

Cooper is always telling Tyke that he is cute! But a funny little moment we had the other night was when he went up to the baby's bassinet as Tyke was fussing and Cooper says to him, "Quiet baby, Quiet." -He must think that he needs someone to boss around since he is always being told that he needs to be a little more quiet and calm these days. :)
Not only has Lathan been a very proud and helpful Dad, but he has been such a wonderful husband to me! Some things that he surprised me with that I want to remember he did:
-He cleaned the whole house!
-He cleaned out the pantry and organized a cupboard where he made a special shelf for Tyke's things and another shelf for Cooper's things.
-He homemade me some raspberry granola & yogurt parfaits. (My favorite thing to eat at the hospital.)
-He went grocery shopping, and shopped for Tyke bottles & formula.
- He washed the bassinet bedding.
-Our first night home he got up for all of the night time feedings with Tyke.
-He was such a helpful nurse and would help me by getting my medicine through out the night.
-He even has kept the house tidy for me every day!
.....and so many more things! My favorite thing of all is-how he has even thanked me for Cooper & Tyke. & The times that he tells me I look pretty. (Even though it is a work in progress right now.)
